We’re delighted to spotlight Danny Puffett from our Hallmarking Operations Team. Recently, Danny achieved the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading, a testament to his dedication and ambition.
When discussing his accomplishment, Danny expressed his enthusiasm: āIām so pleased to have passed the course. This will give me the chance to progress and grow within the business, which I love. The company gave me the confidence I needed to sign up knowing that they value hard work and celebrate the success of individuals, but also provide a platform to progress.ā
Danny joined Ferrari in July 2024 and has been with us for nearly a year. Initially starting in the vault with plans to move into the Assay office post-renovation, he has been thrilled with how quickly things have progressed since its opening.
Before joining the By Appointment team, Danny spent over ten years as a warehouse operative and forklift driver. His interest in luxury goods storage began at his previous job when he transitioned from handling aircraft parts to luxury items.
When asked why he chose hallmarking, Danny explained that it was an opportunity to acquire new skills while contributing to an exciting new project with growth potential.
What does Danny enjoy most about his role? The thrill of ensuring customers items are hallmarked or tested swiftly is something he finds incredibly rewarding. He appreciates how Ferrari recognises individual successes and offers opportunities for career advancement, a true reflection of our commitment to nurturing talent within our team.
Well done to Danny Puffett for his recent achievement! We look forward to seeing him continue to thrive with the Hallmarking team.
